A Blue Ocean fieldtrip

11 November, 2010. The Master Class 2010 -2011 “cressperienced” the innovative concept of micro-vegetables at Koppert Cress company in Monster (NL).

Koppert Cress specializes in cresses; seedlings of unique plants, which each have their own specific effect on the senses. Flavour, fragrance, feel or presentation, there is a cress for all. And the assortment is widening. Every year at least one new item is added to the collection of Micro-vegetables. A collection, which is presented as ‘Architecture Aromatique’

This fieldtrip is part of the Blue Ocean workshop and simulation game and triggers our participants to create 'new marketspaces' for the hospitality and service business.

Our participants where welcomed by the owner of Koppert Cress, Mr Rob Baan who also gave a very inspiring presentation. Mr Rob Baan won several awards for his innovative concept.
