Brand-new Game "Blue Ocean Strategy Simulation " : a great success!
December 3, 2008. During the last week of November the Master Class played the Blue Ocean Strategy Simulation (BOSS).Based on the international best selling book Blue Ocean Strategy by INSEAD Professors W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne, BOSS allows participants to practice and test Blue Ocean Strategy moves and provides them with a deeper understanding of what it takes to switch from a Red Ocean to a Blue Ocean strategic mindset.
This brand - new game was launched in August 2008. Our Master in Hospitality Management Program was one of the first academic programs in Europe to use it. It was a great success.
The BOSS game is integrated in our Master Program as part of our ‘Leadership Journey’ in which participants among others are stimulated to create strategic market space for the Hospitality Industry.
