Master Thesis

• Aim
  • The student will focus on a real life issue of strategic importance for which innovative solutions have to be found and implemented. To complete a desk research study is an option in some cases. The emphasis in the project will be on critical and out of the box thinking, thereby demonstrating a competence to identify relevant complex situations, analyze problems, search for information, select the best tools and design for problem solving and decision making etc.
• Structure
  • During the program the students will participate in several workshops and individual sessions to acquire the necessary skills for writing a master project. During the period June – mid August the research part and actual writing of the project is an individual effort, whereby support will be given mostly through email or personal visits to the coach.
• Examination
  • During the oral examination the student will present and defend his/her project and must be able to answer critical questions by the examination committee.
