As well, daily work is organized in such a way that besides the knowledge on business and industry, you also develop your personal skills – within the group you learn how to be an effective team player and a successful team leader, when giving presentations you develop your presentation skills and due to an international class you learn how to communicate with people from all over the world, how to adapt to their mentality and you learn from them a lot.
